Consulting began in 1998 as a consulting firm designed
to assist small businesses to prepare for the arrival
of the year 2000 and to determine what effect that
situation would have on their internal business
processes. After that “crisis” ended, we expanded
our services to provide training and support for
QuickBooks and ACT! In the years since, we have
expanded our support services to include Outlook,
Outlook Express, Internet Explorer and other related
small business software packages.
Our QuickBooks services are: installation, customization,
training and support. We are NOT accountants. Our
QuickBooks service goal is to help our clients to
utilize QuickBooks most effectively to make their
daily accounting tasks easier and more efficient.
We show our clients how to take advantage of many
QuickBooks "unknown" features. Once our
clients learn to utilize the power of QuickBooks,
they are better able to understand their own businesses.
And, as a result, they save money by being able
to review their company's financial status on their
own without depending upon an accountant throughout
the year. We want to teach our clients to use QuickBooks
fully to empower them so that they will know what
is going on with the business on a daily basis and
assure their ongoing success.
Our ACT! services are: installation, customization,
training and support. Our ACT! clients usually are
small businesses who want to maintain accurate contact
records on their prospects, clients, competitors
and other business associates. These records are
used for accurate customer service response, marketing
and sales projections. With a successful ACT! implementation,
they are able to give their customers better service,
support and products than their competitors.
The single most important aspect of our business
that sets us apart from our competition is that
we communicate and train our clients in plain English.
We implement QuickBooks and ACT projects to meet
the needs and desires of our client-not ours. We
train our clients to use the features of QuickBooks
and ACT in ways that they need and are interested
in. And, we provide high quality support via phone,
email, onsite or via remote access to assure that
our clients’ software investments are used in the
most efficient, cost effective methods possible.
