TMW Consulting began in 1998 as a consulting firm designed to assist small businesses to prepare for the arrival of the year 2000 and to determine what effect that situation would have on their internal business processes. After that “crisis” ended, we expanded our services to provide training and support for QuickBooks and ACT! In the years since, we have expanded our support services to include Outlook, Outlook Express, Internet Explorer and other related small business software packages.

The single most important aspect of our business that sets us apart from our competition is that we communicate and train our clients in plain English. We implement QuickBooks and ACT projects to meet the needs and wants of our client-not ours. We train our clients to use the features of QuickBooks and ACT in ways that they need and are interested in. And, we provide high quality support via phone, email, onsite or via remote access to assure that our clients’ software investments are used in the most efficient, cost effective methods possible.
